Take Root South Florida

Mission

Focusing on both homeownership preservation and homeownership creation Take Root South Florida supports efforts to sustain homeownership and stabilize the South Florida area, through the efforts of joining with local housing stakeholders. These participants include housing non-profits, lenders, realtors, and local community CRA’s.

The Housing Leadership Council of Palm Beach County, Freddie Mac, along with area housing participants, are sponsoring Take Root South Florida, which is designed to be a valuable resource that provides free or low-cost, reliable and trustworthy assistance to help you purchase a new home or keep your current home. In addition, Take South Florida provides confidential resources to housing counseling as well as programs to help achieve homeownership, including helping you understand and manage alternatives to foreclosure.
